Annual Conference Roundtable Discussions

Location: Hall 3, RDS

Session Time: 12.15-13.15

Back by popular demand, our interactive round tables will be an important part of this year’s conference agenda. The goal is to provide expert facilitation, peer learning, sharing practice as well as making new connections.

We have case studies from our CIPD award winners which will go through the journey from inception of initiatives, evidence led decision making, implementation, business impact and metrics.

Some of our partners and sponsors will also be sharing their knowledge in expert areas and will come with rich insights for our delegates

There will also be charities providing information and employer resources that you may not be aware of.

We have a multitude of topics being addressed under six key themes. This will give our delegates a chance to engage with topics in specialist areas, explore opportunities for learning and connection, and also peer support in some of the challenging areas of practice.

It is important to show community and engage in shared learning. We as people professionals need to learn and grow together and we are thrilled to bring this safe shared learning space to our conference
