CIPD Ireland held its virtual annual conference on 19 and 20 May 2021, Designing the Future of Work to support the people profession.
The theme reflected the fact that we were looking forward and seeking to address tomorrow’s challenges today, as we emerged from the pandemic. Focusing on the future landscape, we dived into digitalisation, skills, work and talent strategy.
We had insightful discussions on the changing face of the profession, culture in the new world of work and what this means and looks for the emerging leader.
With lots of opportunity to get involved in and influence the conversation, there was expert practitioner presentations, panel discussions, plenary sessions, chat and polls, providing lots of practical and pragmatic take-aways for everyone attending.
