Sandra Donohue (nee Caffrey) Chief People Officer, eir. Sandra joined eir in July 2022. She is an experienced HR leader with over 25 years’ experience in leading organisation change and business transformation programmes.

During her career, Sandra has held numerous Senior Leadership positions in eir and previously in Diageo Ireland.

She holds a MSc in Strategic Human Resources Management and is a Fellow of the CIPD.
