Olivier is the chairman and co-founder at Rythmik. Until recently, Olivier was also responsible for the People Experience function at Novartis, catalysing the enterprise’s energy towards a people-centric mindset to achieve an ambitious cultural transformation touching the 108,000 employees coming together in a strong purpose of reimagining medicines to improve and extend people’s lives. During the pandemic, Olivier stepped up to lead Novartis’ response “Choice with Responsibility” which led to the definition of the future of working for all its employees. A future which embraces hybrid ways of working. Adept of growth mindset and frontier leadership approaches, Olivier shapes the elegant movement as well as foster the communities engaged towards achieving a whole new level of organizational performance, team impact and people experience.
Previously at BP as Director of Employee Experience, and following years in the consulting industry helping leaders across many industries, Olivier found out that the biggest value add of any organisation is the ability for its leaders to hold the creative tension of their teams, and create breakthrough thinking.
