Gareth McLaughlin is An Post’s Learning & Talent Development Manager following a career in Learning and Development across national and multinational organisations.

He holds a Masters in HR Development from Maynooth University, where he is also a graduate. Gareth has a passion for building learning cultures within organisations and is a strong believer in connecting the impact of learning and development to business results.
