Clodagh joined the NTMA as the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) and Wellbeing Administrator in 2022, following an MSc in Equality Studies and a BA in History & Politics from University College Dublin.   

Clodagh is passionate about inclusion, equality and a sense of belonging for all. She was awarded the Rising Star of the People Profession award at the CIPD HR Awards 2024, and recently worked with Common Purpose and the Lord Mayor of Dublin, to help create a Charter of Inclusion for Dublin.   

Clodagh is a strong advocate for bringing your whole self to work and celebrating diversity. Clodagh has recently moved into the Internal Communications space and is studying this along with her role in EDI.
