Bo is an all-round human capital professional with extensive experience in optimizing and enhancing the HR function to achieve people-driven business performance. What energizes Bo is providing insights to allow for bold moves. As a Human Capital management consultant at Deloitte, Bo acquired extensive experience in working with board level clients of Fortune 500 companies. After consulting, Bo was invited to be part of the HR Leadership Team of a top European FinTech. Bo was the Product Owner for Agile Ways of Working and headed the company’s Future Skills Project.  

At The Josh Bersin Company, Bo is a frequent keynote speaker, advisor and supports business development for the EMEA region. Originally from the Netherlands, Bo has worked in Amsterdam, New York, Cape Town and Copenhagen, and now lives in The Hague, the Netherlands. Bo holds a master’s degree in Educational Sciences from the University of Leiden, the Netherlands and is a certified SAFe Agelist.
