Rosie began her career as a Registered General Nurse before earning an M.Sc. in Business Management from Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Combining her expertise in healthcare and business, she joined EY as a healthcare consultant, where she spent two years advising clients in the sector. During this time, she was exposed to People Advisory, sparking her passion for a career in HR.  

After relocating to Australia, Rosie gained valuable experience in Talent Acquisition within the public sector and later as an HR Coordinator at Deloitte Sydney. Upon returning to Ireland, she joined DigitalWell as a People Coordinator and has since grown into her current role as a People Generalist, where she oversees the day-to-day operational aspects of HR.
