Prior to joining DigitalWell in September 2021, Denise was Global HR Manager at Glanbia Group and held roles which encompassed: setting up Glanbia’s IT support services centres in the US and other global satellite office locations; a secondment for a year to stand up a global IT change programme for HR; and she was the HR Programme lead for a significant merger at the group. Preceding that, she was HR Operations Manager & Business Partner for D&Bs start up site in Sandyford Dublin.

Denise started her career on a HR graduate programme in Dell, Limerick; having completed her Degree in Business, with a HR Major and subsequently attained her MSc in Organisational Psychology, both from the University of Limerick.
