Tara leads Accenture’s Talent and Organisation consulting practice in Ireland. Tara focusses on the Future of Work, and helping organisations to equip themselves for the future. Tara has extensive experience helping organizations to deliver complex transformation programmes in both the private and public sectors in Ireland and abroad. Tara graduated from Trinity College with a Bachelor in Psychology and also from Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business.
