Siobhán is the Head of ED&I at Publicjobs, Ireland’s centralised recruiter for the civil and public service, where she works to ensure that the Irish public sector workforce reflects the diversity of the community it serves. 

Siobhán returned to Dublin in 2021 after 20 years in the non-profit and public sectors in London. She held several roles in City Hall between 2009-21 including youth programme manager, senior social policy advisor to the Mayor of London and education programme manager at London’s Violence Reduction Unit.

Siobhán also developed and delivered the workplace equality, diversity and inclusion priorities for the Mayor of London and key front-line public sector organisations in London.
