Sean is currently Group HR Director for John Sisk and Son, Ireland’s largest construction company. He joined Sisk in 2016 from Bord Gáis Energy where he spent 6 years as HR Director for the business.

Previous experience includes HR Director roles in IBRC and in Intel.  Prior to joining the private sector, Sean spent 16 years in the Defence Forces.

Sean holds a Master’s Degree in HRM and a Diploma in Executive Coaching, both from UCD Smurfit School of Business.  He is a Fellow of the CIPD and has also recently completed the Diploma in Company Direction (IoD).  He is married to Ann and has two adult children, Eoin and Orla.
