Orla joined Davy as CPO in 2019. Prior to Davy Orla was Head of HR in Deloitte where she spent 16 years overseeing a period of huge growth and change. She started her career with Marks & Spencer as a management trainee in 1992 and worked as HR manager in various locations in the U.K and Ireland.

From M&S Orla moved to Coca-Cola in 1999 where she set up a shared services organisation to service EMEA encompassing change management and working with 16 different nationalities on the management team.

Orla was the recipient of the prestigious HR Leader 2017 in recognition of her outstanding contribution to HR in Ireland. Orla holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology & Biochemistry from NUIG. She is also an accredited qualified coach.
