Kate was born and raised in Dublin and moved to the UK in 1997 to study Economics & Geography and then her career in the recruitment industry began with a telesales role with a little known UK start up called Totaljobs. She has worked in the recruitment industry for 20 years now and was honoured to join StepStone and The Network team in April 2020.
