As Learning and Development Manager at CarTrawler, Dr. Gemma McNulty leads the company’s learning strategy and culture.

She’s believes in creating a learning culture where anyone, at any level can develop to their full potential and thrive professionally and personally.

Her strong academic background (PhD in International Relations and several years lecturing experience) drives her to explore innovative ways to achieve organisational needs when it comes to learning and development (from Lego Series Play to AI tools).

She is also the company co-lead for Connecting Women in Tech (CWiT) and is especially passionate about empowering Women in Leadership.
