Christoph Bonert is Principal Advisor for the European Market at the Josh Bersin Company. In this capacity, Christoph works with our clients and prospects on advisory projects, senior executive/c-suite engagements and represents us as keynote speaker at conferences and leading business universities. He brings in more than 30 years of professional experience in human capital, with a focus on people strategy, talent acquisition, L&D, people services, HR technology, workforce transformation, and mergers & divestments. 

In his previous roles, Christoph was SVP at Royal Philips. During the first part of his career, he held several Global HR Business Partner positions. Later he set up and ran Global Talent Acquisition, was responsible for the company’s People Strategy, lead several HR transformations and the implementation of Workday for the company. He was globally responsible for the people shares service group, all employee related M&A activities and he implemented an HR Analytics team. He was also instrumental in setting up the in-house learning organization, which he also led for several years.  

Christoph lives and works in the Netherlands and has a master’s degree in economics.
