For the past ten years, Charlotte has researched and worked with employers, government entities and business leaders in the Middle East to champion inclusive workplaces and promote a better future of work.

Until February 2023, she worked at the CIPD as the Acting Regional Director – MENA and Head of Operations, Community and Brand. In this role, she was responsible for thought leadership, research, partnerships, operations and developing and implementing L&D solutions for key employers.

She’s a vocal advocate of and a regular speaker on equity, diversity & inclusion; mental health and responsible business.Prior to this, she was the PR, Social Impact & Project Lead of the Global Women in Leadership Economic Forum — a purpose-driven initiative designed to impact the global discourse on gender diversity. In 2016, UN Women Canada recognised her as a Young Leader for Outstanding Contribution to Women’s Economic Empowerment for her work championing the cause with foundations, international committees, corporations and governments.

As a passionate community builder, Charlotte believes in the transformative power of storytelling to change minds and connect people. Throughout her career, she’s interviewed, advised and worked with the likes of Cherie Blair, Dr. Auma Obama, Haben Girma, H.E. Noura Al Kaabi, Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, F100 CEOs and leaders from around the world.

She holds a BA in International Business and speaks 6 languages
