Oonagh joined Tayto Snacks as People & Culture Business Partner in 2019. With a specialism in Employment Law from UCD, Oonagh is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has a degree from National College of Ireland in Business and Human Resource Management. Oonagh has worked in the HR profession for almost 16 years, holding various HR roles across numerous industries including Finance and Retail. Notably she worked with Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) working as a HR Manager in a hospital in South Sudan. Over the course of her career, Oonagh has been instrumental in the implementation of organisational change and cultural development projects.
