Caroline joined Fenergo in April 2017, at a time when the business was scaling globally, to lead the People and Culture strategy and to develop great, high-performing, customer-focused teams.

Her career has spanned several sectors including technology, financial services, and FMCG. She was HR Director of Dell, UK, and Ireland, for over 6 years, and previously she was HR Director with Elizabeth Arden and Unilever based in London.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin and is a certified member of the Institute of Directors.
