Kate Brosnan is the Vice President of Human Resources  for Kerry Europe and Russia supporting both Kerry Foods and Kerry Taste and Nutrition – businesses within the Kerry Group of €1bn each comprising 12,000 people, working across 73 sites, in multiple countries.  Kate joined  Kerry in January 2014 as a HR Director of the Meat technology business before taking up her current role in June 2014.  Kate leads a regional team of HR professionals including Senior Business HR Directors, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Organisation Effectiveness, Internal Communications/Engagement teams and site HR.

Prior to working in Kerry, Kate started her career with Coca Cola as a HR graduate and has subsequently held a number of HR consulting and leadership roles with Friends First, KPMG, Easons and RSA.  Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University College Dublin and a Masters in Occupational Psychology from University College Cork.
