Malcolm joined Kerry as a graduate accountant from Dublin City University in 1988 and began his career in the U.S as a plant controller. He has 31 years of experience working for Kerry in leadership roles across North America, LATAM and most recently Europe & Russia. He returned to Ireland in 2016 when he was appointed President and CEO of Kerry Europe & Russia.
Malcolm is a board member of Food Drink Europe,  an organisation formed of industry leaders, based in Brussels, that tackles the food and beverage challenges and opportunities within our industry.

Malcolm is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, and believes that to understand consumer demand in a region to support customer growth, one must delve into the culture, to be truly able to bring local and global insight to customers.
